Freshdesk Builds on Social Media with Airwoot

Freshdesk announced that it has acquired Airwoot  to ease the delivery of customer service in social media channels. The Airwoot platform remains available as a standalone product, and the Airwoot team joins Freshdesk to develop the company's social media capabilities.
