Lithium Announces Klout Acquisition

Lithium Technologies announced that it has acquired Klout . The company did not disclose details of the deal, which was reported yesterday to be valued at $200 million in cash and stock.

Lithium plans to incorporate Klout's technology in its platform and says it will share the updated product roadmap at its LINC customer conference in May. Klout's consumer offering and Klout Perks will remain available.

Lithium previously acquired Scout Labs in 2010 and Social Dynamx in 2012.
