Lithium Acquires Social Dynamx
Lithium Technologies announced that it has acquired Social Dynamx and combined the companies' social customer service capabilities into the new Lithium Social Web. The company plans to retain the Social Dynamx team and its Austin, Texas office.
"Lithium's acquisition of Social D completes our social customer experience platform," said Lithium President/CEO Rob Tarkoff.
