The business of monitoring, measuring and understanding social media
LRW (Lieberman Research Worldwide) announced that it has acquired MotiveQuest (now renamed LRWMotiveQuest) to add social media insights to its market research and analytics services portfolio.
In the announcement, MotiveQuest founder David Rabjohns points out, "Increasingly we are being asked to combine our listening research with other forms of research like mobile, online communities, tracking, quantitative and qualitative."
This is LRW's third acquisition since a July 2015 investment by Tailwind Capital Partners. Two earlier acquisitions this year relate to online communites: Sentient Services and its icanmakeitbetter community platform in March, and Tonic in May.
