Computerlogy Joins YDM Group
Yello Digital Marketing (YDM) announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Computerlogy 
to add social media technologies to its network of marketing product and service companies. The Seoul-based YDM is an ambitious, fast-growing digital marketing group with operations in multiple Asian markets.
The companies expect to expand the Computerlogy product suite from social media management, listening and analytics into paid social, while growing its market reach beyond Thailand through the YDM network. The companies also plan to create a joint research and development center for new products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
