Closely following its merger with Vocus and acquisition of Visible , Cision
announced that it has acquired Gorkana Group
, the media intelligence group formed from Durrants, Metrica and Gorkana in 2011. Cison says it will maintain the Gorkana brand, which joins the company's growing roster of PR tools and services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but press reports place its value near £200 million ($320 million).
