Innodata Acquires MediaMiser
Innodata (NASDAQ: INOD) announced that it has acquired MediaMiser 
in a cash-and-deferred-payment deal worth C$5.78 million (US$5.38 million) by 2016, with an additional performance-based payment of up to C$5.0 million (US$4.60 million) in 2017.
Innodata is a services company with specialties in content management and data analytics. Following the acquisition, it plans to continue the MediaMiser operation in Ottawa, preserving the MediaMiser name.
