The business of monitoring, measuring and understanding social media
GfK announced its formation of a Global Social Media Intelligence Center in Vienna, based in part on its acquisition of Sensemetric, which will become a core component of the new center.
Sensemetric had been a GfK preferred partner since 2011. Its eponymous product has been rebranded as the GfK Social Media Intelligence Dashboard.
