EngageSciences Joins Wayin to Merge Capabilities
Wayin 
announced that it has acquired EngageSciences to asemble an integrated digital marketing platform from complementary businesses. Wayin brings social media intelligence with an emphasis on real-time analysis to the combined company, while EngageSciences has focused on digital campaign delivery and customer engagement.
Richard Jones, the founder and CEO EngageSciences, becomes CEO of the combined company. Wayin founder/CEO Scott McNealy moves to the Executive Chairman role.
