Engagement Labs to Merge with DGTL Holdings
Engagement Labs and DGTL Holdings Inc. announced shareholder approval of their merger agreement. DGTL is an investment company that is assembling a digital media and martech software portfolio, targeting the content, distribution, and measurement/analytics verticals.
Under the terms of the arrangement, Engagement Labs shares will be exchanged for DGTL shares, and Engagement Labs will be delisted. The merger is expected to close on Febrary 25.
