Symphony Technology Group announced that it has completed its acquisitions of Kantar Reputation Intelligence, PRgloo and Onclusive and joined them to create a new company that will keep the Onclusive name. The new company describes itself as a global media monitoring, measurement, and workflow management partner for PR and communications.
The new Onclusive launches with more than 1,100 employees and offices in eight countries.
