Meltwater Acquires DeepReason.ai
Meltwater announced an agreement to acquire DeepReason.ai, an artificial intelligence spin-out from Oxford University’s computer science department. The cash and equity deal is valued at $7.3 million. DeepReason's team of nine, including seven with PhDs, joins Meltwater.
