Dataminr Acquires WatchKeeper
Dataminr announced that it has acquired WatchKeeper for its geospatial analysis and visualization capabilities. WatchKeeper links real-time event monitoring to client-relevant locations, giving context and location-specific alerts. Dataminr plans to combine the WatchKeeper platform with its own real-time events platform in an update later this year.
The deal follows a $475 million financing round that Dataminr closed in March.
