ChapsVision Acquires Bertin IT
ChapsVision announced that it has acquired Bertin IT, the information technology division of CNIM Groupe. The deal was originally announced in February and has now closed.
Bertin IT entered the social media analysis market in 2015 with its acquisition of AMI Software. Founded in 2019, ChapsVision is building a portfolio of products to support digital transformation in government and business markets.
