Access Intelligence Buying Isentia

Isentia announced that it has received an acquisition offer from the London-based Access Intelligence. The cash deal, which requires shareholder approval, is valued at AUD $67 million (USD $52 million).

Access Intelligence previously acquired Pulsar in 2019.
