ASG Adds Sendible to Traject Suite
Sendible announced that it has been acquired by Alpine Software Group, joining its Traject suite of digital marketing tools. ASG assembled Traject from portfolio companies and added three more acquisitions, all in 2020.
Sendible will operate independently and retain its brand within the Traject suite. Founder Gavin Hammar will remain for a transition period as Traject's Katelyn Sorensen takes over as CEO.
