HENSOLDT Acquires SAIL LABS
HENSOLDT AG (FRA: HAG) announced that it has acquired SAIL LABS, creating a new HENSOLDT Analytics division. Primarily a specialist in sensors and electronics for defense and security markets, HENSOLDT is expanding into data analysis with the acquisition. In addition to the company’s core government markets, the new division also serves private-sector markets, including health care, IT, media and telecommunications.
