SOCi Raises $80 Million
SOCi announced that it has received $80 million in a Series D investment round led by the growth investor JMI Equity. The existing investor Ankona Capital also participated, along with SOCi co-founder/CEO Afif Khoury and board member Doug Winter.
SOCi specializes in supporting local search, social media and advertising for multi-location businesses. The company said it will use the money to accelerate its growth, planning investments in sales and marketing, product innovations, and strategic M&A activity.
