Khoros announced that it has acquired Topbox for its customer experience (CX) analytics platform. Topbox analyzes customer data from multiple channels and touchpoints, which Khoros will integrate to advance its customer engagement platform.
The company also announced that it additional equity funding from existing investors, including Vista Equity Partners.
