Engagement Labs Announces CAD$2 Million Private Placement Offer
Engagement Labs 
announced an agreement with Gravitas Securities and Echelon Wealth Partners to sell a combination of shares and share warrants, primarily in Canada. The offer is intended to raise up to CAD $2 million, with an option to increase the total to CAD $2.3 million. Proceeds are intended for working capital and general corporate purposes.
