Decooda Lands Investor/Partner, Launches CX Analytics
Decooda 
announced an investment of undisclosed size from TechSophy. In addition to the financial investment, the two companies have formed a partnership to share their technology strengths toward each company's product development.
Decooda also announced its new Customer Experience Imaginative Question (CX I.Q.) platform, which promises to help clients understand the motivation behind customer behavior.
