OBI4wan and OBILytics Get Growth Capital
The private-equity investor Main Capital announced that has acquired "a substantial stake" in OBI4wan 
and OBILytics. The companies plan to apply the new investment toward expanding their product portfolio and growing their international business, including through acquisitions. The group is particularly interested in the German market, building on its existing customer base in the Netherlands and Belgium.
OBI4wan provides social media analysis and customer service tools; its sister company OBILytics offers social media analytics for customer intelligence and marketing optimization.
