Syncapse Bankruptcy Reveals Finances, Offers Intellectual Property
The court-appointed receiver of Syncapse 
will hold a sealed-bid auction for the company's intellectual property assets. The letter detailing in the process, which was acquired by Business Insider, also reveals a breakout of the company's revenue sources since 2009. An earlier BI post provides access to Syncapse's bankruptcy documents.
Update: LookSmart has announced an agreement to acquire the Syncapse assets.
