Originally developing business intelligence solutions, BIG has since shifted its focus to Social Media management, releasing the groundbreaking Social Media monitoring tool BIG SCREEN in 2008. This software was eventually complemented by reporting services, as well as the cutting-edge Social Media interaction solution BIG CONNECT.
