Hootsuite announced that it has acquired Heyday for its conversational AI. The Heyday platform manages customer interactions with chatbots and human agents across online and social media channels, supporting marketing, sales and customer care use cases.
In its announcement, Hootsuite valued the deal at CAD $60 Million (approximately USD $48 million). This is Hootsuite's second customer care acquisition this year, following its January acquisition of Sparkcentral.
