Torabit Takes Over Scup for Sprinklr
Torabit announced that it entered an operational agreement with Sprinklr to take over management of the Scup platform, which it acquired in 2015. With the change, Sprinklr focuses on the enterprise market in Brazil.
Neither Sprinklr nor Torabit responded to a request for comment. According to a report in Baguete, Torabit said that while Sprinklr transferred customers to Torabit, there was no purchase. Scup employees join Torabit as part of the arrangement.
