SDL Disposes of Social Intelligence Business
As part of a plan announced last year to refocus on its core language technology business, SDL 
is transferring its social intelligence business to Social Data Intelligence (SDI). The transaction includes a token payment of £1, and SDL will subscribe to a $1 million loan note issued by SDI.
A new website reveals no additional information about the apparently newly formed acquirer.
