New Engagement Labs Platform Unites Social and Offline

Totalsocial dashboardEngagement Labs  introduced TotalSocial, a new platform that combines social media analysis with offline consumer conversation measurement. The tool currently measures 500 brands in the US and 350 brands in the UK, categorized into 17 industries.

Engagement Labs had announced its intention to create a new SaaS product when it acquired the offline word-of-mouth specialist Keller Fay Group last year.
