Zignal Labs announced that it has received $10.7 million in its Series B funding round, which it plans to use for continued expansion in leadership, sales, and engineering functions. The round was led by existing investors Andy Ballard of Figtree Partners, Mitchell Cohen of Ross Investment Associates, and Zignal co-founder and Chairman Jim Hornthal.
Zignal also announced the appointment of co-founders Josh Ginsberg and Adam Beaugh as CEO and President/Chief Product Officer, respectively, and the hiring of Alyson Welch as Vice President of Sales.
