Microsoft Dynamics CRM Gets Social Listening
Microsoft 
announced the availability of Microsoft Social Listening as part of its spring batch of updates to the Dynamics CRM portfolio, originally announced in February. Microsoft Social Listening will be available as a standalone product or as part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. SaaS accounts with a minimum of ten licensed seats will get the listening module at no additional charge.
Microsoft acquired Netbreeze for its social media analysis technology last year.
