Parature Adds Social Monitor to Customer Service Suite

Parature launched Parature Social Monitor, a social media monitoring and response tool for customer service, as part of its new Social Customer Service Suite. The suite also include Parature Facebook Portal, which provides a customer service center in the context of a company's Facebook page.
