NetBase Adds Social Media Monitoring Capabilities
NetBase announced the addition of features to support monitoring applications on the company's Enterprise Social Intelligence Platform. The user-customizable dashboards include prebuilt templates for common uses of social media monitoring. The new features are in limited release now, with general availability expected by the end of the month.
NetBase has also added language support for Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
