Attensity launched Attensity Respond for Social Media, which combines the routing and response capabilities Attensity built for contact center customers to the SMA platform aquired in Biz360 (now known as Attensity360).
The new product features a new user interface for responding in social media and adds automated triage, interaction tracking, and contact metrics to Attensity360's existing monitoring and analysis features.
