Several familiar names from Radian6 (now Salesforce Marketing Cloud) have appeared at Introhive , a startup that aims to help clients connect to customers through the collective social networks of their employees. Based in New Brunswick, Introhive was founded in 2012.

In a blog post, Introhive co-founder/CMO (and former Radian6 CMO) David Alston says that the Radian6 alumni at Introhive include marketing VP Rob Begg and sales VP Richard McInnis. LinkedIn shows a total of seven have joined the new company.

Spiral16 announced today that Tracy Panko has joined the company as CEO. Panko was previously a partner at Mid America Capital.

dna13 announced today that the former PR Newswire COO Dave Armon has joined the company as vice chairman. dna13 founder Chris Johnson will step down from his day-to-day management role, while remaining a shareholder in the company. Armon was on the board of Techrigy before its acquisition by Alterian.

• Amaia Lasa is promoted to CEO. Lasa originally joined the company as COO in 2007.

• Principal founder Per Siljubergsåsen becomes Chief Product Officer.

• Frizo Janssens is appointed CTO.

• William Klippgen joins Attentio's board of directors. Klippgen is executive director of BAF Spectrum Pte Ltd and co-founder of Kelkoo.com.
  

Jacob Apelbaum has joined Networked Insights as vp of technology. Apelbaum was most recently vp of engineering at ITInnovision.

Moreover has announced the completion of its acquisition from Verisign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) by a private investor group led by Paul J. Farrell, who joins the company as CEO. The former Real-Time Publisher Services (RTP) business, which includes content aggregation and ping server services, will be relaunched as Moreover Technologies, Inc.
