Moreover has announced the completion of its acquisition from Verisign, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSN) by a private investor group led by Paul J. Farrell, who joins the company as CEO. The former Real-Time Publisher Services (RTP) business, which includes content aggregation and ping server services, will be relaunched as Moreover Technologies, Inc.
Perry Hewitt announced her departure from Crimson Hexagon to a new role as director of digital communications for Harvard University. Hewitt has been vice president of marketing for CH since December 2007.
