In their own words

The genesis of Kanjoya started with our online community, Experience Project. Founder and CEO Armen Berjikly, a Stanford graduate, started Experience Project after first creating a support community for multiple sclerosis patients. After 3 years of painstaking research and development, Armen released Experience Project—the first social network based upon who you are and not whom you know. Today, after harvesting and analyzing how humans express their emotions in text through the over 17 million stories shared and over 10 million monthly unique users to Experience Project, Kanjoya has unveiled the next chapter in its development with a first of its kind emotion-aware sentiment analysis product called Crane.

How Crane Works
Emotion triggers our most valuable actions—purchase, advocacy, and churn. Crane is an emotion-aware sentiment analysis service that analyzes content and provides detailed emotion-based data to inform and improve businesses' top and bottom lines. By correlating emotional "profiles" with behavior, Crane provides companies with the story behind how and why their employees and customers are feeling a certain way. Combining rigorous analysis with the historically "soft" human trait of emotion opens doors to major advancements in marketing, employee retention, sales, product development, company morale, customer service and support.
