Cision Ends Year with Acquisitions

Cision (NYSE:CISN)  ended the year with the announcement of two acquisition deals. The first is CEDROM-SNi, a digital media monitoring specialist serving clients in Canada and France and the developer of the Eureka.cc / Europresse.com media intelligence platform. The company is also buying PRIME Research  for its media measurement and analysis services portfolio.
