The board of Alterian (LON: ALN) recommended the acceptance of an all-cash acquisition offer by SDL (LON: SDL), valued at around £68.4 million. In an open letter to customers and partners, Alterian CEO Heath Davies said that the deal is expected to close by the end of January, subject to shareholder approval.
