Salesforce.com launched Radian6 Social Hub, a rules-based integration engine for tagging, assigning, routing, and reporting on social media actions. The company also announced Turkish and Polish language support in the Radian6 platform and native integration with the full Salesforce product suite.

Gnip announced a partnership with StockTwits and the launch of Gnip MarketStream, a Twitter feed service for investment management clients. The new service includes a full feed of current and historical StockTwits tweets.
newBrandAnalytics announced that it has raised $26 Million in a Series B round led by New Enterprise Associates. nBA specializes in analyzing customer feedback in social media, with industry specializations in travel and leisure, restaurant, retail, and healthcare.
DataSift exited beta with the commercial launch of its filtered data aggregation service. Along with Gnip, DataSift is one of only two companies that sell access to the Twitter firehose. At launch, the company also offers MySpace data and plans to add more sources. It offers both pay-as-you-go and subscription pricing models.

Social Media Analysis reaffirmed its goal of providing the best information on the business of monitoring, measuring, and understanding social media with the launch of its redesigned website today.
The highlight of the updated site is the addition of a searchable industry directory. Each of the directory's 293 entries has its own page, which includes:
- A link to the company's main website
- A link to their Twitter account
- The location of the company's main office
- A description of the company and its social media analysis products and services, provided by the company itself
- Links to recent news items on SMA that mention the company
- A Twitter widget showing the company's most recent tweets
The site also features a new job board. In keeping with its global view of the industry, the site accepts international job listings.
SMA has tracked industry news since 2009. The new design is intended to make it easier to find the special pages on the site, including the acquisitions scorecard, the roundup of investment activity, and third-party product reviews.
