IBM Introduces Cognos Consumer Insight

IBM introduced Cognos Consumer Insight, an SMA platform that integrates with the Cognos BI environment. The company also announced a collaboration with the Yale School of Management Center for Customer Insights to give MBA students a base of analytics skills.
