Clarabridge, Confirmit Partner to Analyze Feedback Channels

Clarabridge and Confirmit announced an agreement that will apply Clarabridge's text analytics to customer feedback, employee feedback and market research collected using Confirmit's systems. Clarabridge already analyzes client-proprietary data, such as contact center notes and customer email. The partnership with Confirmit adds data collected through IVR, telephone, kiosk, handheld device, and paper scanning.
