Radian6 announced the integration of its platform with Salesforce.com and Webtrends today at the Enterprise 2.0 conference. New social CRM features allow Radian6 users to create leads, cases and contacts in Salesforce. Webtrends integration adds the ability to sort and filter items by web analytics metrics.

Recently announced software updates:

Sysomos launched two SMA tools today. The company, which started in 2005 as a research project at the University of Toronto, had been in testing with clients since September 2008.

Sysomos MAPMedia Analysis Platform (MAP) is the company's flagship product, supporting unlimited queries and extensive analytical options for the hands-on analyst. Heartbeat is the workgroup SMA tool for routine monitoring and measurement. Pricing for the two products reflects the different use cases: MAP is priced on a per-user basis and supports unlimited queries. Heartbeat monitors up to five competitors and ten topics, with fixed pricing for unlimited users.

Teragram announced Sentiment Analysis Manager (SAM) today at the Text Analytics Summit. The new product, expected to be available in the third quarter, applies the company's text analytics to social media content for marketing applications.

Teragram is a division of SAS Institute.
